What we collect from ambassadors

• Your name, email address and Cameroon mobile number, from your application.
• When you withdraw: three photos for identity checking (front and back of your national ID, and one of you holding it), the name on your mobile money account, and the MTN or Orange number and network where payouts are sent.
• The amount and status of each withdrawal request.
• Your referral code, the tickets sold through it, the commission and bonuses you earned, and when you last signed in.

What we receive about ticket buyers

When someone buys a ticket, the Thrive Summit website tells this platform the payment reference, ticket type and quantity, the amount, the ticket references, and the buyer's phone number. The phone number is used only to spot someone buying through their own link and to find a ticket at the door. Ambassadors never see a buyer's name, phone number or tickets: they see only the ticket type, quantity, commission and time.

Who can see what

• Your ID photos: only the programme admins, and only to approve payouts. They are never shown to other ambassadors or to buyers.
• Your name and total commission: shown on the public leaderboard, with nothing else.
• Check-in staff: can look up a ticket by its reference or the buyer's phone number to let them in. They cannot see ambassador accounts or money.

Who handles the data for us

We use Google Firebase to sign you in and store records, Cloudinary to store ID photos, and Resend to send emails such as milestone notices. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Signing in

We send a one-time code to your phone or a sign-in link to your email. Once you are in, a cookie keeps you signed in on that device. It is used for nothing else, and signing out removes it.

Questions, corrections and deletion

To see, correct or ask us to delete what we hold about you, reply to any email we have sent you. Records of money already paid or owed may have to be kept.
